Inauguration of a 94 beds Hospital Project in Gharchak
Shahid Sattari’s Gharchak Hospital was inaugurated on Thursday, July 28, 2017, as one of the several hospital projects designed and supervised by Sadeh Consulting Engineers. This opening was attended by the Minister of Health and Medical Education, Vice President of Science and Technology, People’s Representative to the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Chief of Staff of the Imam’s Command, Managing Director of the Barkat Foundation, Head of the Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and other honorable officials.
The hospital’s area is 8300 square meters and it’s consists of 4 floors which includes internal, surgical, obstetrics and gynecology clinics, The neonatal unit, the Air Relief Helicopter Pad, CCU, NICU, ICU, and four operating rooms, Surgical and internal medicine departments, dialysis, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, and emergency room. There will also be a slight chance of improvement for this 94 beds hospital in the near future. In spite of its population, Gharchak city had no hospitals before, regarding this fact, the opening of the Shahid Sattari Hospital not only will cover major health problems, but it also will help to deprive and create more jobs in this district.
